GRILLED SHRIMP/CAJUN SEAFOOD SAUCE
5 to 6 large uncooked shrimp
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
Pinch of dried rosemary
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard (like French’s)
1 tablespoon honey
Okay you can do this on the grill or in the oven:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Shell and devein the shrimp.
In a small baking dish combine all the ingredients - stir.
Arrange shrimp side by side in dish after dipping both sides into all the above. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Then immediately broil the for 2 to 4 minutes or until the shrimp are done.
(If you do it on grill let shrimp marinade for a while - then put on a skewer and brush on marinade while grilling) either way is really good.
