I just love these quick and easy app’s. If your not a blue chesse fan try changing the chesse.
1 baguette-cut into 24 pieces
4oz Blue cheese
3Tbs Sour Cream
1Tbs horseradish
1Tbs Dijon Mustard
8oz rare deli roast beef
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine horseradish,mustard and sour cream. spread on each baguete slice.
top with roast beef, chesse, sprinkle with pepper.
broil 1-2 mins
serve warm
