Beef and Noodle Skillet

1 lb Extra lean ground beef
2 c Medium egg noodles – Uncooked
1 c Whole kernel corn, frozen
1 c Green onions – sliced

Sauce:
1 c Water
1/2 c Salsa (thick and chunky)
2 cn (8 oz.) no-salt added tomatoe sauce

Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are of desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
