Beef Crescent Pie

1¼ Lbs Ground Beef
1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
¼ Cup Chopped Green Pepper
1 – 8 Oz Can Spaghetti Sauce With Mushrooms
1 – 8 Oz Can Vegetables, Drained
¼ Tsp Cumin
¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
½ Tsp Salt
1 - 8 Oz Can Crescent Rolls (uncooked)
1 Egg Lightly Beaten
2 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Paprika

Preheat Oven To 375°f. 

Brown Ground Beef, Onion, & Green Pepper. Drain Off Fat. 

Stir In Tomato Sauce, Beans & Seasonings Except Paprika. Simmer. 

Separate Crescent Dough & Press Into A 8 X 8 X 2-inch Square Baking Dish To Form A Crust On The Bottom & Up The Sides. 

Combine Egg & 1 Cup Of The Cheese & Spread Over The Crust. 

Spoon Hot Meat Mixture Over That. Top With Remaining Cheese & Sprinkle With Paprika. 

Bake 20 - 25 Minutes. 

Let Set 5 Minutes Before Cutting.
