Beef & Potato Soup

Ingredients:

4 cups water
1 (16-oz) bag frozen, Southern- style hash browns
1 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
2 (4-oz) cans mushroom stems and pieces
1 (1 1/2-oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (16-oz) jar chunky salsa

Directions:

In a slow cooker, stir all ingredients until well-mixeed. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 9 hours; or on high for 4 hours
