Beefy Mac And Tomatoes

This is a recipe I just made up some time ago. I just had some of this and that . It is tasty.

1 lb. of ground chuck, browned

1 vidalia onion, chopped

2 very ripe fresh tomatoes, peeled

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup macaroni

1/2 cup fresh corn cut off the cob

1 large bell pepper, shopped

sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste, may use seasoned salt

1 to 2 teaspoon italian seasoning

Brown the meat and onion, garlic together until onions are transparent. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain well. to peel the tomatoes just run under hot water for about 1 minute or until the skin loosen, mash the tomatoes. Add all ingredients to the meat mixture and simmer until the pepper is done.

NOTE: You can top it with most any kind of shredded cheese to your liking.

I make something like this too, but I use Rotel tomatoes to give it a little kick!
