BEER BREAD

[b]1 can room temp beer, all kind, cheapest is as good as expensive
3 c self-raising bread
3 T sugar
dash of salt

Mix together in a bowl and put into a loaf pan that has been greased well or sprayed with pam spray. Bake at 350 (preheat) for 45 minutes to an hour. When you can stick a knife in the center and it comes out clean it is done. This is a drier bread but great toasted with real butter and honey or your favorite preserve.[/b]
