Beer Bread

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces beer
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees f.
Butter a loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the lour, sugar, and the beer and mix well. The mixture should be sticky. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 55mts. At the last 3 minutes of baking, remove from the oven, brush the top of the loaf with butter and return to oven.
