BEER CHEESE SAUCE
Ingredients:
3/4 C. cheese, shredded
1 T. flour
1/2 tsp. mustard, dry
1 ds. Paprika
1/3 C. beer
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 T . milk
Bring cheese to room temperature, Toss with flour, dry mustard
and paprika. In a saucepan heat beer and Tabasco until just warm.
Gradually add cheese mixture stirring constantly till cheese is
melted and mixture is smooth.
Use as a dip or spoon over chips for nachos, vegies or pasta for a main
course.
