Benihana Ginger Dipping Sauce

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 ounce ginger root
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
