Raffaello Coconut Balls
( For 30 Raffaello Balls )
50g butter or margarine
100g powder sugar
150g dried shredded coconut
Juice and lemon pell from one lemon
1.Combine the lemon juice , lemon pell whit butter and powder sugar mix it well whit hand mixer till is smoth then add 100g shredded cocount and and stir them in mix it .
2.Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minuts to cool. Roll 1 inch balls with your palms, placing an almond in the center of each ball, and then roll the balls in leftover shredded coconut.
