Crazy Cake
This cake will stay moist for up to two weeks
9 x 13 pan
Mix everything in cake pan or glass baking dish
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/3 cups cocoa
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
Level the mix with a fork.
Make 3 holes (wells) in the dry cake mixture
1st hole put 2 tbls vinegar
2nd hole put 3/4 cup of vegtable oil
3rd hole put 1 tsp vanilla
Pour 2 cups water over all of it
Mix together well with fork or spoon, Don’t beat
Preheat oven at 325 cook for 30 to 35 mins.
allow to cool, serve from this pan.
Do not try to remove from the pan to a cooling rack.
cover to keep fresh with a cake pan lid or plastic wrap.
Cake will Stay moist for ten days to two weeks.
