Bisquick Creamed Chicken

2 Tbs. butter or margarine
1/4 cup Bisquick
1/2 teas. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups chicken, cooked & diced
pepper to taste
poultry seasoning to taste

Melt butter. Remove from heat. Blend in Bisquick and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil
one minute. Stir in chicken. Season to taste with pepper and poultry
seasoning. Heat until chicken is hot.
