Black Raspberry Mojito

1 1/2 oz Bacardi White Rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 oz chilled club soda
20 black raspberries,
10 mint leaves and 1 sprig for garnish
Slices of lime for garnish

In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves and black raspberries.
Add simple syrup, Bacardi white rum, lime juice and ice; shake well.
Strain into a tall glass with ice.
Top with the club soda and garnish with the mint sprig.
