Blonde Peanut Butter Chip Brownies
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups (one 12-oz pkg) peanut butter chips
Cream butter or margarine, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.
Stir chips into batter. Spread batter evenly into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely, cut into squares.
Makes about 32 brownies.
