Blue Berry Pie Filling Bread

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20-oz.) can blue berry pie filling
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350°.

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix oil, sugar, and eggs. Gradually add to sifted ingredients. Stir in vanilla. Fold in pie filling and nuts. Pour batter into 2 (8 x 3 3/4 x 2 3/8-inch) loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour, or until done.
