BLUE CHEESE DRESSING I

Ingredients:

6 oz. cream cheese
1 ds. Tabasco or cayenne
Black pepper to taste
4 oz. blue Cheese
1 C. sour cream
1 bunch scallions
1 clove garlic
1 T. white vinegar
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Purée all, except cream cheese and blue cheese, in processor
till smooth. Combine this mixture with room temperature cream
cheese. Add blue cheese without combining too thoroughly so
large chunks remain intact.


BLUE CHEESE DRESSING II

1 C. Miracle Whip
4 oz. blue cheese crumbles and chunks
4 T. skim milk
2 T. sugar
5 T. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
10 to 12 green peppercorns
1 tsp. cilantro
2 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix very well. Then use hand food processor or regular processor
for 25 seconds. If too thick, add a little skim milk and mix by
hand.
