Wild blueberries is the one food that contains the most antioxidants. It is very beneficial to your health if you consume at least 1 cup of blueberries a day. It will help you live longer!

So whenever you make muffins, throw in some blueberries (fresh or frozen).

I often make smoothies in my blender with frozen vanilla yogurt, fresh orange juice, Welsh’s grape juice, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, and frozen raspberries. My daughter loves this stuff! Just eyeball everything.

Luckily, my family is able to obtain these frozen fruits by picking them ourselves at fruit farms and then freezing them for the winter.
