Blueberry flax smoothies

1 package of silken tofu
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberry
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy or nut milk
2 Tbsps. flax seeds
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 banana

combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
