Blueberry Muffins

The blueberry muffin recipe posted by Aline on 10/19/05 in the Tried & True section is a keeper. My family loved the moist and tasty muffin. It has already been requested again. If you like blueberries, try it, it is really good. I used frozen (thawed, of course) because I didn’t have fresh on hand. Plan to make next batch with canned berries just to see how they turn out. I did use part Splenda & applesauce combo to cut down on fat & calories from the sugar and oil.
