Blueberry Pretzel Salad
2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup margarine,melted
3 T. sugar
1 (8oz) package cream cheese,softened
1 cup sugar
1 (12oz) container frozen whipped topping
3 (3oz)packages grape gelatin
1 qt. fresh or frozen blueberries
2 cups boiling water
Mix and press crushed pretzels, margarine and 3 Tablespoons sugar into a 9x13 inch casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 9 minutes. Cool completely.
Cream together cream cheese and one cup sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over pretzel crust. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add blueberries and pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving .
