Blueberry Salad
l6 graham crackers, crushed
l/2 cup margarine, melted
l 8 oz. container of cool whip
l cup confectioner’s sugar
l can blue berry pie filling
l (8 oz) cream cheese
Combine cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Press mixture into the
bottom of a 9 inch square pan reserving some for the topping. Cream
confectioner’s sugar and cream cheese. Combine sugar mixture and
coolwhip. Spread over graham cracker crust. Sprinkle top with
reserved crumbs. Chill cut into squares.
