My favorite bolognese sauce, this tasty sour pasta sauce based on grinded meat and tomatos is very easy to make, and may later be used to prepare an amazing lasagna.
Ingridients:
Chopped onion 2 onions
Chopped garlic 8 teeth
Grinded meat 500 gr
Fresh red tomatoes 1 kg
Tomato paste 200 gr
Chopped parsley 2 teaspoons
Chopped basil 1 teaspoons
White sugar 2 teaspoons
Preparations:
Grind the tomatoes in a food processor or grater.
Instructions:

[li]Heat some olive oil in a medium sized pot, add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
[/li][li]Add the grinded meat and cook while stirring, separating the meat so that no lumps are created.
[/li][li]Add some salt and pepper, mix and keep cooking until all the meat has turned grey.
[/li][li]Add the grinded tomatoes and cook while stirring for 15 minutes.
[/li][li]Add the tomato paste, parsley, basil and the sugar to the pot. Mix it all together.
[/li][li]Keep cooking until the sauce is thick and not so liquid. The height of the sauce has to decrease by half more or less
