Bone Building
In a blender. Put 1 large banana, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a few ice cubes. Mix good.
Monkey Breakfast
In a blender. Put 1 banana, 1 cup of milk, a half a cup of orange juice, 1 egg, and a tsp vanilla extract. This is a fabulous breakfast for all on the go. Doesn’t get any easier, or healthier.
