Bread Machine Banana Bread
Small Loaf - 1 lb
1 cup sliced ripe banana
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 1/3 cups Bread Flour
2/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
Large Loaf 1 1/2 lb
1 1/2 cups sliced ripe banana
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp honey
2 cups Bread Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 tsp bread machine yeast
SELECT loaf size. 1 POUND or 1 1/2 POUND
ADD ingredients to machine according to manufacturer’s directions.
SELECT WHITE BREAD CYCLE and LIGHT CRUST setting.
Ingredients you will need:
2 large eggs 1/3 cup of butter
1/8 cup milk 2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/3 cup bread flour 2/3 cup of sugar
1 ¼ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda

Directions:
- Ensure that all of your banana bread recipe ingredients are at room temperature.
- Measure your butter and milk and place them into your bread machine’s bread pan with the eggs and the mashed bananas.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl stir your dry ingredients together until well blended.
- Add your dry ingredients into your bread machine’s bread pan, along with the other ingredients.
- Select the Quick Bread setting on your bread machine.
