Bread question

Has anyone heard of honey dew bread? And if so do you have a recipe for it? I had some at a restraunt in Killeen, TX years ago but it is now out of business. It was extremely good.

Could this be what you are looking for?

Honeydew Bread

3 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups granulated sugar
3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 small honeydew cut into 2-inch chunks and pureed
(about 2 cups of puree)
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup chopped walnuts

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Add pureed honeydew to mixture. Sift dry ingredients; add to liquid. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour or until done. Check after 50 minutes.
