This Brilliant Red Fruity Sauce Plays Along With The Creamy Flavour Of Brie.

1 – 8 Oz Round Brie Cheese

1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
¼ Cup Frozen Raspberry Cocktail Concentrate
¼ Cup Port, Red Wine Or Frozen Raspberry Cocktail
1 Tbsp Chopped Chipotle Pepper In Adobo Sauce

Set Aside ¼ Cup Of The Raspberries On Paper Towel.

In Small Saucepan, Bring Remaining Raspberries, Raspberry Cocktail, Port & Chipotle Pepper To Boil; Reduce Heat & Simmer Until Slightly Thickened, About 5 Minutes. 

Transfer To Sieve; Press Through Into Bowl. (make-ahead: Cover & Refrigerate For Up To 3 Days.)

Place Brie On Parchment Paper-lined Or Greased Baking                         Sheet; Bake In 350°f Oven Until Softened, About 10 Minutes. 

Pool Half Of The Sauce Onto Serving Plate; Top With Brie. Drizzle With Remaining Sauce; Sprinkle With                        Reserved Raspberries. 

To Serve, Cut Into Wedges.
