Brio Tuscan Grill Sausage Bruschetta

4 halves, Ciabatta bread, brushed with oil and garlic and toasted
2 slices provolone cheese, cut in half
4 each - 2oz slices of grilled Italian sausage (sliced thin on a long bias)
4 Tblsp pepperonata mixture (you can use a mixture of roasted peppers and onions)
2 tsp Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
1 Tblsp fresh basil, chiffonade
Fresh ground black pepper

  1. Top each piece of bread with a half slice of provolone cheese, a slice of
    sausage and 1 Tblsp of pepperonata mixture

  2. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 8-10 minutes, or until the
    bread is crispy and the ingredients are hot, remove from the oven

  3. Garnish with basil, Reggiano cheese and black pepper
