Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Casserole

1 package(10 ounces) frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded mild cheese
3/4 cup cooked instant rice

Saute celery and onion in butter. Steam fresh broccoli or cook frozen until just thawed. Drain. Mix all ingredients. Do not add water to soup. Place in 7x10x2-inch pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 25 minutes in 325 degree preheated oven.
