Broccoli Puff

Note: This is a easy put together side dish

2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10-1/2) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup crumbled cheese crackers

Cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 min. only, drain
Mix with soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, onion, salt, pepper and accent.
Turn into shallow 1-1/2 quart buttered casserole dish. Top with crumbled cheese crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
