Buffalo-Style Chicken Pizza 1

Makes two 12-inch pizzas

2 pizza crusts, 12 inches each
6 tablespoons Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce
2 tablespoons butter, clarified
2 cups chicken breast meat, boneless, cooked and diced
1/2 cup Cattleman’s Original BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup celery, diced
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

Combine butter and pepper sauce. Add chicken and toss well to coat. Reserve.

Spread 1/4 cup BBQ sauce over crusts. Portion 1 cup chicken mixture over crust. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons celery and 1 cup mozzarella over chicken.

Bake at 400 F for 15-18. Remove from the oven and drizzle 1/4 cup dressing over pizza.
