Burrito Pie

1 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup water
1 can (16-oz.) refried beans
1 lb. ground chuck
1 cup salsa (mild or hot)
1 1/2 cups mexican blend cheese, shredded

  1. Brown ground beef and thoroughly drain off fat.

  2. Combine Bisquick, beans and water; mix well.

  3. Spread on bottom of greased deep dish casserole (9x12)or two 9"
    pie plates.

  4. Layer beef, then salsa, then cheese.

  5. Bake at 375-degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.

  6. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
