Does anyone have the recipe or a similar one for the cabbage soup that the Big Boy Resturant has? Would greatly appreciate it!

I add cannelini beans and kielbasa to mine and i chop the cabbage instead of shredding it.
That recipe sounds way too good to pass up, but I must. I just can’t have that much salt in my diet. 6 beef bouillon cubes would just do me in, I don’t know of anything I could substitute for the salt, do you? A half of cup of low sodium chicken broth makes my blood pressure soar.
