one box jiffy pizza dough mix
1 tsp brown sugar
beer
mozerella cheese
pepperoni
pizza sauce
butter
mix pizza dough according to box directions but instread of water add beer
with this add the brown sugar and let rise in warm place I preheat my oven and place the bowl on top of oven with a warm paper towel coving the top
after dough has risen take small pieces the size of a golf ball and roll with rolling pin. Be sure and put plenty of flour on surface to prevent sticking and flour pin also roll in circular motions until even in a circle. On one side of circle add the sauce, cheese and pepperoni
