Hi from Las Vegas! Every year I send out big boxes of cookies to friends and kin. A lot of cookies, multiple batches of 6 or 7 different recipes. Trying to get more organized.
Does anyone know if cookie dough can be safely frozen for a few days prior to baking? Or, can the cookies be frozen after baking and is there a proper way to unfreeze them?
