1-10 3/4 oz.can condensed cream of celery soup,undiluted
1-10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup,undiluted
1-10 3/4 oz. can condensed chicken noodle soup, undiluted
1-12 oz. can condensed milk
1/4 cup flour
1-10 oz.can chunk white chicken , drained (or leftover chicken or turkey)
1-16 oz. can drained mixed vegetables
1-4 oz can drained sliced mushrooms
1 oz. drained pimentos
In a large pan combine milk, flour and soups. bring to a boil., cook and stir about 2 minutes or til thickened.Add the vegetables, chicken, mushrooms and pimentos, heat through. Serve over chow mein noodles, mashed potatoes, any type of noodles, toast points ,rice , etc.
This will serve 6 to 8 people, plus all the ingredients can be kept on the back of the pantry shelf.It resembles Chicken-a-la King in its apperance and flavor… easily and quickly prepared in about 15 minutes.
