Hi everyone,
I just had the most delicious cold red bean and rice salad ever from a local restaurant and I’m trying to figure out how to make it at home. I think I’ve identified most of the ingredients, and am wondering if anyone can help me figure out the actual recipe:
- red beans (kidney, I think)
- brown rice
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- parsley
- cashews
Does it sound like something you’ve made before? If so - please help!
