Candy

;)I make jujubes(gelatin based sugar coated candy) to the market. But in about 10 -12 days time it starts to give a wet look. Sugar melts. Please help me .Give me good remedies or hints to overcome this. Thank You.

sugar 364g, liquid glucos 313g, gelatine 45g(bloom 220g) & citric acid
i bolied upto 115centigrade
