Hi, I’m looking to find a way to make a t-bone (or other) steak taste like the Cattleman’s Club steak in Pierre, South Dakota. I live about 1500 miles away so I can’t return to purchase their steak, and I doubt they would give me their secret. I have never tasted a “duplicate” steak similar to the Cattleman’s Club steak anywhere in California or in any other state. Any ideas how they flavor their steaks and any recipe for a clone flavor? The steaks here are good in California, but none were as good as the Cattleman’s Club steaks in Pierre.
