Cauliflower Crunch

1/2 dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/8 t. pepper
1/3 c. margarine or butter
1 t. paprika
1 t. tarragon or basil
1/2 t. salt
1 head cauliflower

Combine all ingredients except butter and cauliflower in a large plastic bag. Clean and separate the cauliflower into flowerettes. Melt butter. Dip into melted butter. Place cauliflower in bag and shake. Place on jelly roll sheet pan in a single layer and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 325 degrees or until browned.
