Cheery Cherry Pastries

1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 c. cherry pie filling
1 T. milk
1 T. sugar

Unroll the crescent dough and seperate into triangles; place them on a baking sheet. Place a rounded tablespoon of the pie filling in the center of the bottom half of each triangle. Fold the right point of the wide end of the triangle over the pie filling to the left point; seal the bottom seam. Bring the top point over the pie filling to the left point; seal the seam (the filling will show). Brush with the milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 400ยบ for 12 - 14 minutes or until golden brown
