Cheese Ball
2 package dried beef, chopped, leaving 5-6 to go around ball
2-8oz cream cheese
3 bunch green onions, chopped
pinch garlic powder
Combine all, roll into ball. Place slices around ball. It will resemble a flower. Serve with assorted crackers. This is so simple, but oh so good.
My son & nephew fight over who is taking leftovers home, so I make extra to keep a happy family.
