Cheese Flowers

1 1/2 blocks (10oz) Kraft extra sharp cheese (red package) DO NOT use the 1/3 less fat package
2 sticks real butter
1 teaspoon red ground pepper
Good pinch of salt
3 cups sifted White Lilly plain flour

Grate cheese ( room temperature) in a food processor. I put mine in a mixer after grating. Add butter ( room temperature), pepper and slat. Blend well. Ass 3 rounded cups of flour and mix with clean hands. Extrude enough through cookie gun.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
