Cheesy Chicken Crescents

2 c. fully cooked and diced chicken
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz. tube crescent rolls
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Separate and spread out rolls. Add 2 T. of chicken and some cheese to each triangle, then roll them up. In a saucepan cook soups, milk and 1/2 c. cheese. Pour 1/2 of this mixture in a 9 X 15 pan. Place rolls in pan and top with rest of mix. Bake at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the rest of cheese during last 5 minutes.
