2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place onions and garlic in bottom
of crockpot. Place chicken breasts on top of vegetables.
Mix the soups together and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW
for 6 hours.
Serve over hot rice.
NOTE: Cream of mushroom soup and extra mushrooms can be used. Red and green bell peppers and celery can be added along with the onions and garlic.
