Cheesy Italian Beef and Noodle Bake
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 14 oz. can tomatoes
1 7 1/2 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups medium egg noodles
1 cup sour cream
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
6 green onions
In a large frying pan, saute ground beef and garlic; drain off fat.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and simmer 10 minutes.
Cook egg noodles, and toss with sour cream, cream sheese and green onions.
Spoon half of the noodle cheese mixture into a greased casserole dish, top with half the meat mixture, add remaining noodles and top with remaining sauce. Bake covered for 30 minutes.
