Cherry Cooled Bars

Pastry:
1 cup sifted flour
3 TBS. powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
Filling:
2 eggs slightly beaten

1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries

Heat oven to 350 degrees, hand mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar…until smooth, spread with fingers into a ungreased 10"x6" pan. Mix filling and spread over the crust…bake 25 minutes.
