Chevre encrusted with mixed nuts and marmalade

I went to a class and we had the easiest appetizer. It is call Chevre encrusted with mixed nuts and served with orange marmalade and toast points:

Using a French baguette – slice and butter, cook until crisp. Set them aside.

Roll Chevre (goat cheese) into small ball. Roll it in a bowl of crushed mixed nuts and cook until soft but not melted. While the encrusted cheese is cooking, simmer some orange marmalade.

Place toast points on plate, top with encrusted cooked cheese and drizzle orange marmalade over the top.
