chicken and spinage pie

my own fast family favorite recipe

INGREDIENTS.

[li]1 kilo of chicken tenderloins[/li][li]6 sheets of puff pastry[/li][li]1 packet of fresh spinach[/li][li]2 cups sliced mushrooms[/li][li]2 cups of shredded tasty cheese[/li][li]6 slices of prosciutto [/li][li]2 eggs[/li][li]1/2 cup cream[/li][li]1/2 onion[/li][/ul]

[li]preheat oven at 180 degrees[/li][li]line pie dish with 4 sheets of pastry[/li][li]chop onion and prosciutto and fry in frying pan with little oil[/li][li]add chicken and continue frying until cooked,[/li][li]cool and add to pastry[/li][li]layer with uncooked mushrooms[/li][li]layer with uncooked spinach leaves[/li][li]in a bowl add 1 egg, cream and beat together with fork, pour over spinach[/li][li]now place shredded cheese over top, add little fresh cracked pepper[/li][li]place remaining pastry over pie press together to close[/li][li]make egg wash with remaining egg, brush over top[/li][li]place in preheated oven[/li][li]bake for approx 40 to 45mins.[/li][/ol]
