Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

2 cups of cooked chicken
2 cups of prepared stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
1 small pkg. frozen broccoli

Spread stuffing into a 9x13 baking pan. Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, broccoli and 1/2 of the cheese. Pour on top of stuffing. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Add remaining cheese and return to oven when cheese is melted.

Serves 4

I try another version of this great Chicken and Stuffing Casserole and substitute 1 can of cream of celery soup for the sour cream. It’s great for people who don’t like the sour cream taste.
